Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an Assistly account or using any tool on getassistly.co (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

2. What Assistly Is

Assistly is a SaaS platform of AI-powered tools for traders, including (but not limited to) the Screener, Signal Analyzer, Risk Calculator, Backtest Framework, and (for Elite members) a custom-built tool. Outputs are AI-generated and educational. They are not financial advice.

3. Account & Tiers

Free tier: limited usage of the Screener and a 7-day analysis history. Pro ($80/month): full toolkit, unlimited history, new tools added monthly. Elite ($280/month): Pro plus a 1:1 custom-built tool, with the AI Performance Analysis add-on included. Add-on +$49/month: stacks on Pro.

4. Data Collection & Consent

We collect:

• Account info (email, declared name) for authentication and billing.
• Tool usage logs (which tools you run, with what inputs) for service operation.
• If you opt in: declared trading performance data (P&L, win rate, setups, markets, results) — used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve community insights and your personal AI Analysis.

Opt-in is asked once during onboarding and is revocable anytime in your account settings. If you don't opt in, your performance data stays private and is never used in aggregate analysis.

5. AI Outputs

All tool outputs are produced by large language models (LLMs) using your inputs and the model's training data. Outputs may be inaccurate, stale, or wrong. Verify all numerical values, price levels, and data points with real-time market sources before trading. Assistly is not liable for losses incurred from acting on AI outputs.

6. Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime — your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund window for new subscribers.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not: scrape the Platform, abuse our rate limits, redistribute paid content, or use Assistly to advise other people's investments commercially without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account anytime — all stored personal data is purged within 30 days.

9. No Warranty

The Platform is provided “as is.” We make no warranties on uptime, accuracy, or fitness for trading. Use at your own risk.
