Is the Free tier really free? Forever?+
Yes. Free tier gives you 3 AI Screener analyses per day, the trading journal, 7 days of analysis history, and the weekly free edition — no credit card required, no expiration. We use Free as our trial — if you upgrade, you upgrade because it's worth it, not because we forced you off a clock.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard with one click. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No retention call, no friction — and we'll refund the full amount if you cancel within 14 days of subscribing.
What's the difference between Elite and Elite+?+
Elite gives you 1 custom AI strategy that auto-optimizes from your trade history. Elite+ runs 3 strategies in parallel with side-by-side comparison. Elite+ saves you $99/mo if you'd otherwise buy 2 'additional strategy' add-ons on top of Elite.
What does 'auto-optimization' actually do?+
After you log 5+ closed trades on a strategy, the AI re-reads your performance and proposes a new version (v1.0 → v1.1 → v1.2…). You approve each version manually. Optimization preserves history — you can always roll back. The strategy literally gets sharper as you trade.
Is the AI Performance Analysis add-on worth $49/mo on Pro?+
It's worth it once you have 10+ closed trades to analyze. Below that, you don't have enough signal in the data. Most Pro members add it after 4-6 weeks of journaling. It's included free with Elite.
Why is Elite $280/mo? That seems steep.+
Elite includes a personalized AI strategy that we maintain and tune for you, plus the AI Performance Analysis add-on (a $49 value), plus everything in Pro. Compared to a fund analyst ($1.5K-3K/mo) or a quant consultant ($500/hr), Elite is a steal. If you trade serious size, the math works fast.
Do you offer discounts?+
We don't run sales — pricing stays the same year-round so existing members never feel punished for being early. We do offer a 10% discount on first month (code EDGE10) for new Pro signups, and a 15% loyalty discount (code LOYAL15) after your 3rd month. That's it. No 'Black Friday' chaos.
Can I switch tiers or pause my subscription?+
Switch up or down anytime — billing prorates automatically via Stripe. We don't currently support pausing (it adds churn complexity), but you can cancel and resubscribe in 1 click later. All your data and journal history stays intact.
What if I want to use Assistly through my company?+
Sure. Stripe handles VAT and invoicing automatically — your business email + ID works. For multi-seat or enterprise (5+ traders on one account), email support@getassistly.co — we'll set up a custom plan.
